The share capital of SIA “Marijas 2”, the developer of Novira Plaza, is divided as follows: 65.38% is owned by the Lithuanian investment fund “Evernord Real Estate Fund III”, while 34.62% is owned by SIA “Novira”, a subsidiary of the Estonian real estate developer “Novira Capital”.
